RETURN POLICY

AUTOTOFF Tuning Return Policy

At AUTOTOFF Tuning we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, we offer you the possibility of returning it under the conditions below:

1. Return period
The Buyer may withdraw from the Contract , respectively return a product or renounce a service (if applicable), within 14 calendar days from receipt , without invoking any reason and without incurring any costs other than delivery. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period for returning a good or renouncing a service expires within 14 days from the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last good.

2. Product conditions
To be eligible for return, the product must be:

  • in original condition,

  • unused ,

  • in the original packaging ,

  • with all accessories included.

3. Return procedure

  • Contact our support team at [email address / phone number] and mention your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide you with instructions for shipping the product back to our premises.

4. Refund

  • Once the returned product is verified and approved, we will process the refund within 7-14 business days .

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is the result of a defective or wrongly delivered product.

5. Products that cannot be returned

  • Products that have been modified, customized, or installed on the vehicle cannot be returned.

  • Products in used or damaged condition due to customer error are not eligible for refund.

  • Products brought by special pre-order from abroad , upon request and with an advance payment by the customer, cannot be returned.
